* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water threatens US 169 near Saint Joseph
  and may affect it south of Algona.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 17.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.6
    feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
    stage early Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central, and northeast Iowa,
  including the following counties, in central Iowa, Grundy, Hardin,
  Jasper, Marshall, Polk, Poweshiek, Story and Tama. In north
  central Iowa, Butler and Franklin. In northeast Iowa, Black Hawk
  and Bremer.

* WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding. Streams are still rising in some
  areas due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. In addition,
  significant ponding remains in place. It will take several hours
  for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage
  systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1032 PM CDT, Emergency management reported ongoing
    flooding across the warned area. Several road closures, road
    washouts and isolated landslides have been reported.

* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Water threatens roads within Timmons Grove
  County Park as well as the bicycle path along 18th Ave in
  Marshalltown.
  At 18.0 feet, Widespread agricultural and lowland flooding occur
  along Iowa 330 south of Albion.
  At 19.5 feet, Water affects the southbound lanes of Iowa 14 as
  well as Iowa 330 south of Albion.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 17.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 19.3 feet early Thursday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Thursday
    evening.

  from US 30 to the south.
  At 13.0 feet, Water may affect the outside lanes of portions of US
  30. Water also affects several county roads.
  At 13.3 feet, Water affects 360th St near the intersection with S
  Ave...or 1 1/4 miles west of Chelsea. The City of Chelsea is
  inaccessible from the south. Hwy E49 is down to one lane near the
  Iowa River in the Chelsea area.

  - At 8:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will oscillate around flood stage with a

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all
  the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems

  Washington.

* WHEN...Until 945 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 533 PM CDT, emergency management reported that sections of
    several roads in the area remain flooded from the overnight
    rainfall. Flooding is ongoing.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Northern Omaha, Fremont, Wahoo, Bennington, Valley,
    Arlington, Fort Calhoun, Cedar Bluffs, Valparaiso, Mead,
